Production of a conveyor line with accumulating pallet for client PIA Automation Austria
ACCUMULATING PALLET CONVEYOR-ROBOT FEEDER IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Based on the lay-out of the PIA Automation customer, the project requirements and the sample-prototype of the new product, a design documentation of the conveyor was developed, which was integrated into the lay-out client and had to meet all the standards and requirements.
After confirming the 3D design of the final customer with the simulation of operation, the production of a prototype clamping nest and the confirmation of the clamping device at the client were followed.
After the design of the construction plans, the production of all the elements of the conveyor was followed.
After the assembly was completed, the conveyor testing phase and the simulation were followed.
