REPLACING ALL DETERIORATED DC CURRENT DRIVES WITH FREQUENCY-CONTROLLED AC MOTORS

Based on the new technological parameters of the rolling mill, a calculation was made to determine the necessary parameters of the speed and moment of the roller rollers on the entire track.

It was necessary to replace a total of 256 different DC drives in different segments of the roller track, taking into account the condition that it was not allowed to interfere with the basic construction of the rolling mill, which represented a significant aggravating circumstance, since the construction was adapted to the original solution.

With the production of special adapters and the construction of welded consoles of dedicated gearboxes, we ensured the design requirements of the customer.

All drives are frequency controlled, but special roller table motors have been selected on the nearest rolling mill rollers due to difficult working conditions (emulsion, heat).
